Dennis Conners memorial bike ride. Highland House Lunch.
Today we ride to honor Dennis Patrick Connors, a longtime member and contributor to our club who died tragically in 2023 while hiking in Europe. He held the positions of Treasurer (2005-2008), Web Master (2019-2020), and Membership Manager (2019-2021). He also was a great friend who provided advice about riding, nutrition, equipment and safety. Today's route was one of his favorites.
After the ride, Jane Connors will join us in the Highland House Bird Room for a toast and to share stories.
Meet / park in the lot behind the Restaurant on the far west side.
Rest stop at the Kwik Trip at junction of Donges Bay road and Green Bay road at 15.5 miles into the ride.
